About Us

Fire Safety and Modular System Solutions with Engineering Discipline

FACE Construction Systems & Engineering provides engineering solutions that ensure the fire performance of buildings and safely support MEP infrastructure. In compliance with international test standards such as ASTM, UL and EN, and with UL and ETA approved solutions, we provide system safety from the design stage through to application.
  • EN & UL certified, tested system solutions
  • A system-based engineering approach, not just a product
  • On-site quality control and as-built reporting
  • Holistic service from design to application

Tested and Certified Systems

All our solutions are based on system details tested to EN and UL standards, with proven performance.

Engineering-Focused Approach

We combine quality with optimized engineering solutions, offering designs that comply with standards.

Integrated System Solutions

We provide added value through our solutions that bring together multiple disciplines, such as integrated raised flooring and suspended ceiling grid systems.
Our Services

Our Areas of Expertise

We provide comprehensive engineering and application services, primarily in passive fire measures and modular support systems, extending to fire protection of structural steel elements and cables.

Passive Fire Stop Systems

Fire insulation applications for mechanical and electrical shaft penetrations, architectural joints and structural steel elements, in compliance with EN and UL standards.

Modular Support Systems

Support systems that solve integrated raised flooring, grid systems and MEP suspension needs quickly, without welding, with light weight and high strength.

Engineering and Consulting

Identifying fire risks in your facility or structure and determining NFPA-compliant measures to minimize the relevant fire risk, along with report preparation.
HOW WE WORK?

FACE Engineering Application Process

In every project, we follow a disciplined engineering process from design to field application, and from documentation to handover.

Project Analysis

Project-specific needs assessment, load and system analysis are carried out.

System Design

Details compliant with EN and UL standards are determined

Field Application

Installation is carried out exactly according to the design, under quality control.

Documentation & Handover

As-built reporting, traceability and project handover are completed.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY

Feedback from Our Business Partners

"The FACE team significantly shortened our installation time by implementing both modular support and passive fire solutions in an integrated way on our data center project. Their engineering approach and documentation discipline make a real difference."
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions about passive fire stop systems and modular support solutions.

Passive fire stop systems are structural solutions that delay or prevent the spread of fire, smoke and toxic gases within a building. Unlike active systems such as sprinklers or alarms, they operate without requiring any mechanical activation.

ETA (European Technical Assessment) is a European testing and certification system, while UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is an American one. These certifications independently verify that products and systems meet specific fire performance criteria.

Modular systems do not require on-site welding, have short installation times, offer repeatable quality since they are made of standard components, and easily adapt to project revisions.

We provide services in all types of buildings with dense MEP infrastructure, primarily data centers, industrial facilities, hospitals, hotels and hospitality buildings.

We work in compliance with European ETA/EAD/EN standards (EN 1366-3, EN 1366-4, etc.) and American test criteria such as UL 1479, ASTM E814, UL 2079 and UL 263.
